There is much concern about children stepping out off sidewalk into the street gathering candy. UCRS would like to urge parents or caretakers of children to keep them out of the roadway, very dangerous with all the parade traffic. They also urge following CDC guidelines. Parades are a fun and enjoyable event for everyone so let’s have a very safe and happy holiday season by exercising caution and following all the safety rules.
