Join us at the UT Extension Union County office on Saturday, April 14th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Course is for new and experienced canners. We will have some discussion, demonstration, hands-on canning and safety. Space will be limited so be sure to register by April 11th. Participants are requested to bring 6 half pint jars to take your canned products home with you. There will be light refreshments and door prizes.
