Reporter Smith Recognized by Radio Personality, Phil Williams

 

 

In a recent edition of the UNL, Reporter Marty Smith broke a story where a woman and man went through the Maynardville McDonald’s drive thru and the woman was reportedly naked.

The story caught the eye of News Talk 98.7’s radio personality, Phil Williams. Smith was recognized by Williams for her superb writing.

Williams was born and raised in East Tennessee. He has been on the air for 30 years, and it is said that Williams is known as one of the most powerful names in Knoxville radio.
