Union County Official Local Preliminary to Miss Tennessee Pageant
Union County has officially become a local preliminary to
the Miss Tennessee Pageant that is set to be held at the Thompson Boling Arena
in Knoxville on June 23, 2019.
Union County will hold their first set of pageants on March
16, 2019 at the Union County High School. Contestants can now enter the Miss
Union County Pageant and the Miss Thunder Road Scholarship Pageant.
The winner of the Miss Union County Pageant will be promoted
to become a contestant in the Miss Tennessee Pageant.
Each titleholder of the pageants will be awarded a $500 scholarship, crown, and sash.
Ladies ages 17 to 24 are encouraged to enter. This is an
amazing opportunity for young ladies in our community to exhibit their
intelligence, talents, and beauty to further their personal and professional
goals.
Never let anyone tell you that you cannot become who you want to. Crowns are not made of rhinestones, they are made of discipline, determination, consistency and a rare trait called courage!
